The NPSDR was never just a race. It was a community effort woven together by countless hands and paws. The Iron River Area Chamber of Commerce, the Iron River community, and the Northern Pines Golf and Event Center all played essential roles in making each season possible. Their support and all the dog mushers that followed, gave us a home, a trail, and a place where winter stories were written one run and one bark at a time.
