The Northern Pines Sled Dog Race Committee extends a heartfelt thank you to all the area businesses and patrons who support the NPSDR. It’s a simple truth: we couldn’t do what we do without our community’s help. Your support highlights the incredible people, businesses, and organizations that make our region so special. Your creativity and craftsmanship help make this community event a memorable experience for everyone.

Vendors and spectators alike can enjoy the event from our heated viewing area, with food and drinks to keep everyone warm while cheering on the mushers. With around 2,000 visitors expected this year, the NPSDR brings life, energy, and excitement to our snowy trails—and offers a unique opportunity for vendors to showcase their creations to a wide audience.

Because the event takes place at the Northern Pines Golf & Event Center, food and beverages will already be available for purchase on-site through the venue. To avoid overlap, vendors may not sell food or drink items intended for immediate consumption (such as hot meals, snacks, coffee, or other beverages). We warmly encourage vendors offering handcrafted goods, art, apparel, pet-related products, gifts, and other non-food items to participate.

WI. Dept of RevenueAs an event operator in the state of Wisconsin, the Iron River Chamber of Commerce is now required to collect and report additional information from each vendor who sells anything at the Northern Pines Sled Dog Race (NPSDR). By completing this registration, you agree to provide the information as required on the online registration and fully understand the information you provide will be reported to the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Vendors who refuse to provide the required information will not be approved to attend the NPSDR. Vendor Set Up Time: Friday, February 6th, Noon – 5 p.m.

Vendor Selling Hours: Friday, February 6th, 5 – 7 p.m. at
Musher Banquet and Saturday February 7th from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Vendor Registration
Price: $40.00

Vendor Agreement:

  • Cost per 8’ table is $40 plus donation of a raffle item with a value of $10 or greater. Vendor registration fee includes one table, two chairs, access to power and WIFI. 

  • No refunds. Space is limited and offered on a first come first serve basis.

  • Vendors will be located inside the lodge. Friday set-up parking in the upper (regular) lot of Northern Pines Golf Course and Event Center. Saturday parking in lower parking lot on Mitchell Road. A shuttle is available to take you to and from the upper lot.

  • Onsite consumable food and beverage sales "NOT Allowed" due to venue selling food and beverages.

  • The NPSDR Race Committee and Vendor Chair reserves the right to accept or deny vendor applications.

  • Table location will be clearly marked as determined by the NPSDR Vendor Chair.

  • All signage and products must be displayed and stored within vendor site space.

  • Garbage must be cleaned up and disposed of properly.

  • No dogs/personal pets allowed.

  • Vendor is responsible for all their products and personal items. NPSDR and Northern Pines Golf Course and Event Center are not responsible for breakage, theft, or loss.

  • This is a family event, please make sure all products are family theme appropriate.
